SEC registration is required for RIA's that have more than $30 million under management. A copy of WMA's Form ADV-Part II is provided to all clients and prospective clients, and additionally is available for review on this website by clicking here. In addition to SEC registration, WMA presently maintains notice filings as an investment advisor in Kansas, Missouri and Florida. WMA also has clients in several other states, but due to the fact that WMA has less than six (6) investment advisory clients in those states, WMA has no need to maintain a notice filing in such jurisdictions.
